Michael King started his career with Cushman & Wakefield in 2017 and is currently working as a Director on Kip Paul’s prolific Investment Sales team. Over the course of his career, Michael has served in multiple roles and service lines including property management, brokerage support, and most recently, Senior Analyst for the Utah Research Department. Over the course of his career, Michael has transacted alongside Kip on projects totaling over $1.2 billion.
Michael’s diverse background has translated into a wealth of knowledge across all aspects of the commercial real estate business and Cushman & Wakefield platform, amassing valuable expertise in Market Research, CRE technology platforms, and advanced statistic and analytic modeling. Additionally, Michael is well-versed in property valuation and financial analysis and has been recognized by his peers for his ability to identify unique market trends and dynamics.
